Prof. Hud was named Georgia Tech Professor of Excellence. He received his award at the GT-UNC game. Not being much of a football fan, Prof. Hud was fortunate to have his brother there to explain the finer points of the game.
After a very successful and productive stay in the Hud lab, Brian Cafferty defended his Ph.D. thesis. Dr. Cafferty is now a postdoc in the Whitesides' Group at Harvard. We look forward to seeing more great work by Brian in the future!
