Compensating pulse sequence review published in Advances in Chemical Physics

The new volume of Advances in Chemical Physics is a special issue on Quantum Information and Computation for Chemistry edited by Sabre Kais.

Study of composite pulses and time-dependent noise posted on arXiv

Chingiz Kabytayev et al. post their paper on Robustness of composite pulses to time-dependent control noise to the arXiv. The work was a collaboration between the Brown lab, Lorenza Viola's group at Dartmouth, and Michael Biercuk's group at the University of Sydney.

Transformed composite pulse sequence paper posted to the ArXiv

True Merrill et al. describe the theoretical development and experimental demonstration of transformed composite pulse sequences for qubit addressing. Download the paper here. The work is a collaboration between the Brown lab and the QIS group at GTRI.

Microwave paper published in New Journal of Physics

Our paper with collaborators at GTRI, Spatially uniform single-qubit gate operations with near-field microwaves and compensating pulses is now published in New Journal of Physics.

Trivia: First ion trap paper with both KR Brown's as authors.
